What we do
Storm damage & insurance claims
Hail doesn't look like much from the ground. Granules wash into the gutters, the mat bruises where you can't see it, and the roof keeps shedding water for another year. By the time there's a stain on your ceiling, the claim window on that storm is usually closed and you're paying for it yourself.
We work claims every week, from the Lehigh Valley down through Bucks, Delco and Montgomery. A free inspection gets the damage on paper the way an adjuster expects to see it, before you file. And if you don't have a claim worth filing, we'll say so.

You'll see their photo, their role, how long they've been here, and the license they work under. No match, they don't work for us.

Credentials
That's what GAF's President's Club award means, and this is the second year running they've won it. GAF is the biggest shingle maker in North America. To qualify you have to be Master Elite first, roughly the top 2 percent of roofers in the country, and then fewer than half of those make the cut. It's judged on install quality, customer satisfaction and reliability across a full year, so you can't buy it and you can't fake it.
It's also what lets us write the Golden Pledge: 50 years on material defects with no proration, 25 to 30 years on workmanship, tear-off and disposal included. Terms are set by GAF and vary by system.
Most residential work here is a full tear-off and a complete GAF system, done in a single day on the average home. Every roof gets leak barrier at the valleys and eaves, deck protection across the field, and ridge ventilation sized to the attic, because a roof is a system rather than a pile of shingles. Condition One is GAF Master Elite, which is roughly the top two percent of roofers in the country, and that is what allows the Golden Pledge warranty on qualifying systems.

Low slope buildings fail differently to houses. Seams open, flashings lift, drains block, and water tracks sideways long before anything shows up on a ceiling. Condition One installs TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, standing seam metal and silicone coatings on municipal buildings, school districts, churches, warehouses and multi-unit properties, including the Allentown Central Fire Station and both Northwestern Lehigh schools.

Siding and roofing are both bread and butter here, and doing them together usually costs less than doing them a year apart because the crew, the staging and the disposal are already on site. CertainTeed and vinyl siding, seamless gutters sized to the water the roof sheds, and the soffit, fascia and flashing details that decide whether any of it lasts.

Most roofers stop at the roofline. Condition One is a general contractor, so when a storm puts water through a ceiling the framing, insulation, drywall, flooring and paint are handled by the same company that fixed the roof. One contract, one account manager, and nobody arguing about whose scope the ceiling was.
